"I am not a jogger, but since the beginning of boot camp I can now jog/run a mile. In fact, I developed enough confidence and motivation to participate in a 5k run for charity just this past month. At Essential Fitness I really like the fact that not only does someone care about my health, but I am being rooted for! 10 Things we love about Boot Camp at Essential Fitness:
1. We're getting stronger.
2. Our bodies are more toned.
3. We're learning new exercises we've never seen before.
4. We're doing exercises we never thought we'd be able to do.
5. We could never push ourselves at home the way we're able to in boot camp.
6. We're exercising in a safe environment.
7. We love the fun music.
8. We start burning calories before the sun rises, and rev up our metabolism for the day.
9. We enjoy the camaraderie of the group.
