
Ian has worked with diverse clients ranging from those interested in general fitness goals to high-level athletes; everyone of all shapes, sizes and abilities. To truly reach optimum health, one must be committed to all aspects of health and fitness including focus on lifestyle change.
In addition to holding a Bachelors Degree in Health Management (Emphasis in Exercise Science) and being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Ian is further strengthening his skillset with a Masters Degree in Sport Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University. In his spare time, Ian strives to be a role model for his clients by keeping himself active and fit through weightlifting, rollerhockey and charitable events.
